Basingstoke & Deane

Basingstoke Tower The Borough of Basingstoke and Deane occupies a total of 245 square miles in the very north of Hampshire. The town of Basingstoke and Deane is the third largest conurbation in the county and is surrounded by a large rural area. There are over 67,000 houses in the Borough.

Around 75% of the homes are owner occupied, 7% are privately rented and the remaining 18% are housing association stock or other. The Council does not own any of its own stock.
